1. Institutions Fail to Count Poor Victims

   When the victims are scavenger children from a garbage dump, police and bureaucracies treat each death as an isolated, unremarkable event rather than as linked data. Because no one aggregates the deaths or treats them as a pattern, a serial killer can operate in plain sight. Neglect of the poor is therefore not only a moral failure but an investigative blind spot that produces more deaths.

2. The Body as Testimony for Voiceless

   Forensic anthropology treats bones and wounds as witnesses that speak even when the victim's family has no power, money, or access to justice. Tool marks, cut patterns, and state of decomposition turn a nameless body into evidence that cannot be dismissed as rumor. Rigorous physical attention becomes a form of moral advocacy for people the system ignores.
